I was going to build a birdhouse from scratch but stumbled on this one. It was so reasonalby priced that I thought there was no way i could build it more cheaply. I was able to have the fun of building without all the work of cutting etc. My son and I had fun putting it together. I had a family of birds all spring. It cleans out easily too.
