This piece is made with a very high grade, fine-grain Bycast Leather. The leather is pre-treated with a thin, invisible polyurethane coating that is very soft to the touch, but protects the leather against scratches and other abrasions versus non-treated leather. Its a great set, the leather is really durable and the frame is really has the feel to last a life time! I have kids and it is holding up really well! and game nights are really tough when the buddies come over with the beer.
